1% Plan:
A. We will negotiate on your behalf with any buyer that you find.
B. We will complete all paperwork and contracts including, Agreement of sale, Home disclosure, Lead based paint disclosure, Wood destroying insects report and any subsequent inspections.
C. We will help buyer arrange financing, check on buyers credit and worthiness. Verify that buyer has enough funds to close. We also will work with mortgage company to resolve any issues during closing process.
D. We will schedule and supervise inspections including property condition, radon and termite. Including any subsequent negotiations for inspections.
E. We will schedule and manage closing with attorney and/or title company.
F. We will collect and distribute all necessary paperwork for closing.
G. We will attend closing to ensure a smooth transition and negotiate any last minute issues.
